Things to know...
It's really important you know and understand what you can expect from me. Here is a list of important things that you can expect when working with me.
Affordable prices
While I want my prices to be affordable, there is always a chance my prices will change. My prices include my time of taking the images and editing them. It also includes any edited images you choose for your package, as well as a Print Release. Currently my prices range as follows:
Personal Photo Session: vary between $100 and $500 dollars pending the session. Additional photos outside of your chosen package will have an additional charge.
Events: priced for a single day and 1 location. Price begins at first hour, with a maximum of 9 hours. Message for quote.

Initial Consultation and Photo Shoots
I do not require a deposit for a consultation to meet and discuss your shoot. If you decide at any time either at the appointment or after, to use my services, I will require a small non refundable deposit down to book the photo shoot, which will be applied towards the total amount of your package. The remaining will be due at your session/event. Due to the size difference between a Personal Photo Session and an Event, deposits are done differently.
Example of Deposits:
Personal Photos Session: $350 Package, $50 nonrefundable deposit, remaining $300 due at session.
Event: $1,300 for 4 hours, $200 nonrefundable deposit, remaining $1,100 due at event.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel, for any reason that is not an emergency, please refer to the following information:
- Model Shoot: Since these are complimentary there will be no ability to reschedule these if you miss your time slot. Please show up when you are scheduled to do so. If you miss, you miss. However letting me know within 24 to 48 hours will at least get you an invite to the next shoot.
- Personal Photo Session: Please show up for your set time and date of your appointment. If you can not make it for any reason, I ask that you PLEASE let me know within 24 to 48 hours. In doing so, I will then be willing to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If you fail to do so and would like to reschedule anyways, the reschedule will be treated as a new appointment.
- Event: Events can be tricky, so many things can go wrong. I ask that you please notify me of the decision to cancel as soon as possible. However, I understand that events are a bit more tricky. That being that case, My policy for a cancelled event will be as follows:
- If you are forced to cancel your event, and plan to reschedule, your deposit and contract can be applied to the new date, as long as it is no more than 1 year from the original date of the cancelled event. Example: Your date was originally set to happen Saturday June 10th 2023, but you had to cancel due to weather and you can't reschedule it till next year. If you reschedule event is set for June 10th, 2024 (give or take so it falls on a Saturday), I will allow you to apply your contract and deposit to that reschedule that event.
- If you have other events occurring that year, as long as those events take place within 1 year of the date of the cancelled event date and it is a date that I am not already booked, I will be happy to apply your deposit and current contract to one of your other events. Example: Your date was originally set to happen Saturday June 10th 2023, but you had to cancel due to weather and you won't be rescheduling it again till the following year in July. However, you have 4 other small events happening throughout the year. As long as I am not already book on one of those dates, I will be happy to apply your contract and deposit to one of those dates instead.
What if I cancel?
This is a great question and it's reasonable to ask. So here is where I stand on this...

- Illness
- Family Emergency
- Weather (since I do my photos outside and we live in Colorado, well, we are at Colorado's mercy.)
Private Gallery Hosted Images
All your images will be hosted on my Pixieset Website, there you can download all your images and have them printed up at your disclosure. Your personal gallery will come with a password and a download pin for you to use. Since I do not offer printing services at this time, I will provide you with a Print Release, so you can have your images printed at an outside service. However, this will change once I get my Pixieset site fully up and running, at which time, a Print Release will only be available with certain packages.
Turn Around time
Personal Photo Shoots/Model Shoots: I expect my turn around time to be within a week to two weeks of a personal shoot. I need time to find the best shots for you and edit them. Then I will contact you and we will sit down and review them. This is where you can decide what images you want in your package. If you decide you want any additional images, you can decide that as well, but there will be an extra charge for additional images. After I will go home and size your images, then load them into your gallery and I will send you an email with access to your gallery. You will have 2 months to access and download your images, before I take the gallery down.
Event Photos: I do not guarantee the same turn around. I will guarantee 2-3 weeks, but it can always be done sooner. The more photos I get, the longer it can take to go through all the images and edit them. I strive to do my best work and I want to ensure that you get that as well. I will always work hard to get your images to you a lot sooner than 2-3 weeks, but I will not guarantee that.
