About meMy name is Kelly, I am a mom of two special needs kiddos and I live in the beautiful state of Colorado. Photography gives me joy, there is something exciting about catching moments with your camera. I enjoy catching natural moments though, meaning as they happen. Because life happens and there can be great, exciting and memorable moments when life happens!

For many years, I have been mostly content with taking pictures of nature, landscapes, animals and of architecture. However, over the last couple of years, I've found that I've really enjoyed the excitement of taking photos at events, especially the equine events. I love the raw, emotional, natural feel that you get when you can capture that in the moment action. Now I am stretching my self to do portraits and if it includes horses, even better. Now I have two goals: the first is to one day obtain my PRCA Photographers card. The second is to give back to my Special Needs Community. As a special needs mom and family, I know how hard it is to get photos done. It was never easy or affordable. So my goal is to give back to that community with whom I share a bond with, because I believe that all families should have the opportunity to have memories to hold on too.
For me Photography is about catching those special moments, those real, natural moments that make us smile, laugh, or cry. The ones that inspire us to try something new, to see the world differently, to reach for the stars and to stand out and be our best selves. It is the ability to capture a small moment in time, that we can give to others as a gift. It doesn't always come wrapped in boxes and bows, but the moments themselves allows us to tell our story to others. That is why I photography is so special to me and I hope that you will allow me to share that gift to you.
