Events

Events are something that I am excited about. I am open to doing small outdoor (maybe some indoor, pending the event) events that you maybe having. Some events that I am open to doing are:
  • kid events
  • school events
  • sports
  • equine events (clinics, gymkhanas, mounted shooting, sorting clinics events, horse club events, etc)
  • small non PRCA rodeos
  • small markets
  • small fairs
  • parades or small parades
  • club events
Unfortunately, I do not offer weddings, that is not an option with me at this time. 
Free Consultation
1 on 1 free consultation to discuss your event and what you are looking for. I provide you with a price quote. If you accept.  
Price
Price will be discussed during consultation and will include: Event, edited images, Gallery and Print Release. A Review Meeting is not included, but can be added at no additional charge. Price is only good for event only. Individuals wanting images must purchase through me.
Event
I will show up at least 2 hours prior, unless a different time was discussed and I will stay for the agreed upon length. Showing up early allows me to get set up and ready for your event. It also allows me to get behind the scenes shots that I might not otherwise be able to get during the event.

Images
​After your event I will begin working on your images. I will aim to get your images to you quickly, but unless a set delivery time is discussed and set prior, images will be subject to guarantee turned around time.
After I finish your images, then I will reach out to inform you of the completion. 
Gallery
There is no Gallery Review meeting offered with this package, however if you would like one, we can add it at no extra cost. Otherwise all edited images will be loaded up to your Event's Gallery and you will be emailed the Password and Pin for access and download. You will have 2 months to get your images, before I remove the gallery. If you need it reinstated, there will be a $10 charge to do so. The Gallery is strictly for the Event only.
Print Release
I will provide a Print Release to the Event for printing and for use on social media. The only thing you won't be able to do is remove the watermark. (If you are planning to use any certain images for advertising, let me know and I will remove the watermark from select copies, so long as I am credited for the image/s in some way.)
